Terms and Conditions

1. Services
St Andrews Cleaning & Laundry Services agrees to provide cleaning and laundry services as arranged with the client at the time of booking. Services will be carried out at the agreed property and at the scheduled time.

2. Bookings and Access
Clients must ensure that access to the property is available at the agreed appointment time. If access cannot be gained, the appointment may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices will be agreed prior to the service being carried out. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
St Andrews Cleaning & Laundry Services reserves the right to amend pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The property is safe for staff to work in

  • Fragile or valuable items are secured before cleaning

  • Pets are kept safely away from areas being cleaned where necessary

6. Damage or Breakages
While every care is taken during cleaning, accidents may occasionally occur. Any damage should be reported within 24 hours of the service.
Where appropriate, we will review the issue and aim to repair, replace, or compensate for the item.

7. Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can address the issue.

8. Health and Safety
St Andrews Cleaning & Laundry Services reserves the right to refuse or stop work if the environment is unsafe or if staff feel at risk.

9. Liability
St Andrews Cleaning & Laundry Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or items

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items that are not securely fixed or properly installed

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will be available on our website.
